Behind the Law

I’m Aryamann Sakuja, a legal researcher and final-year B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) student who spends most days somewhere between case law, policy papers, and half-finished drafts. I started Sakuja.Blog to make complex legal questions feel less distant and more usable for people who actually need answers students, practitioners, and anyone trying to make sense of the law.

The Vision for Transparent Law

Over the past few years, I’ve explored questions at the intersection of trade, technology, criminal justice, climate, and constitutional law—through papers, conferences, and journals in India and abroad. Whether it’s algorithmic exploitation in the gig economy, AI in arbitration, or the future of multilateral trade, my work is driven by a simple idea: law should be examined honestly, with context, and with an eye on the people it affects.

Empowering Legal Clarity

Alongside academic research, I founded MenForMen.in , a legal awareness platform that helps NRI men navigate Indian matrimonial, criminal, and succession proceedings step by step. Through this and my broader writing, my goal is to turn dense legal developments into clear, structured insights that people can actually act on. If you’re here, I hope you leave with a sharper understanding of the law and a little less confusion than when you arrived.
